I think the Shift Up store manager doesn't answer questions in english/foreigners anymore. I will try to contact someone from ShiftUp itself. They should start putting more focus in the overseas section of the store, with Nikke blowing up the popularity charts. Why the Pearl Abyss store (another Korean game company) has better international service?..

It is strange that their international service is so bad; I'd buy many more items if I could.
